New position (Internal Training)
Operation Support Dept. (6 member with Thai Manager)
Based in Office

Key Responsibilities (Prioritized from the most critical responsibilities, gradually expanding the scope)
- Design and Implementation of the Overall Training System.
- Design sales training systems based on company training policies.
- Analyze and structure the essential skills required for store operations.
- Create a PDCA cycle for training programs and evaluate outcomes.

Manual Management
- Create and regularly update operational and training manuals.
- Revise manual content based on on-site feedback.

Planning and Production of Training Videos
- Plan and develop training content.
- Coordinate and supervise production with video production companies.
- Evaluate training videos and implement improvements.

Design and Implementation of 1-on-1 Coaching System (in collaboration with the HR Department)
- Develop guidelines for conducting 1-on-1 conversations.
- Plan and execute training for store and area managers on how to conduct 1-on-1 sessions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of 1-on-1s and continuously improve the process.

Development of Store Visit & Evaluation Guidelines
- Create and regularly review store evaluation criteria.
- Establish standards for the store inspection process.
- Develop a feedback system based on store evaluations and support improvement planning.

Development and Management of Training-Related Meeting Systems
- Design meeting systems related to training, such as store manager and area manager meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and provide operational support.
- Standardize meeting content and build effective communication systems.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in internal training/HRD.
- Intermediate Level of English.
- *JLPT N2 or higher.
- *Required resume in Japanese.
