- Supervise and oversee subordinates (Production Supervisors) to ensure effective and efficient performance, and report progress to upper management.
- Collaborate with the production planning team and receive production plans accordingly.
- Manage the entire production process, from receiving raw materials to final product packaging, to ensure on-time completion.
- Control the issuance and usage of raw materials and packaging to ensure proper allocation.
- Ensure that the production process meets defined quality standards.
- Resolve immediate issues when products deviate from specified requirements (specs).
- Continuously improve and develop the production process for better efficiency, modern technology integration, and cost reduction.
- Report production performance summaries and any issues encountered, along with proposed solutions, to supervisors.
- Conduct meetings to summarize and address issues during production and report them to the management.
- Prepare relevant documents for various quality management systems.
- Coordinate with other related departments to support smooth operations.
- Provide suggestions and solve problems to ensure optimal work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop team members to perform their duties with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and ensure subordinates understand their roles and responsibilities clearly.
- Instill a strong sense of organizational ownership, safety awareness, and high-quality teamwork among employees

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations, with 2+ years in a leadership role in the related industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing practices
- Ability to manage and develop teams effectively to ensure high performance
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO, GMP, HACCP, etc.)
- Good communication and coordination skills to work cross-functionally with other departments
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and production-related software
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Positive attitude with a mindset for continuous improvement and cost reduction
- Lower-Intermediate of English
