JOB DETAIL

- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Monitor and maintain company networks and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.
- Document issues and solutions in the service desk system, maintaining accurate support logs.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including account setup and equipment provisioning.
- Support IT asset management and inventory tracking.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Develop and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to enhance operational efficiency.
- Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate, improving routine task management and data processing.
- Collaborate with business units to understand automation needs and provide innovative IT solutions.
- Assist with testing and deployment of new IT systems or software updates.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 2 years in IT Support or a similar technical role
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Able to communicate in English
