JOB DETAIL

• Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the spa’s customer base.
• Identify and establish new business partnerships such as travel agencies, corporate clients, influencers, hotels, or online platforms.
• Expand and develop both domestic and international agency partners to diversify customer acquisition channels.
• Create and implement innovative sales channels such as online booking platforms, affiliate marketing, and social commerce.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to run promotional campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Analyze sales data, customer profiles, and consumer behavior to adjust strategies in line with market trends.
• Plan and provide training for the sales team to ensure effective communication of the brand’s unique selling points.
• Prepare sales performance reports, analyze results, and present improvement plans to the management team.

KPI for Sales Manager (Spa Business):
1.Monthly/Quarterly Sales Revenue
Target: Achieve at least X% growth compared to the previous quarter.
2.Number of New Agency Partners per Quarter
Target: Acquire at least X new partners (e.g. travel agents, corporate clients) per quarter.
3.Revenue Contribution from Agency Channels (% of Total Revenue)
Target: At least X% of total revenue generated via agency partnerships.
4.Number of New Sales Channels Activated (Online/Offline)
Target: Launch at least X new channels every 6 months (e.g. booking via LINE, Instagram, OTA platforms).
5.Online Channel Conversion Rate (Leads to Customers)
Target: Conversion rate no less than X%.
6.Number of New Customers Acquired Monthly
Target: At least X new customers per month.
7.Customer Satisfaction Score from Managed Channels
Target: Average rating not less than 4.5 out of 5.
8.Average Sales Cycle Duration
Target: Close deals within X days on average.
9.Customer Retention Rate
Target: At least X% of customers return for repeat services.
10.Timely Submission of Sales Reports & Analysis

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the service/spa/wellness industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Familiar with modern customer acquisition technologies and platforms such as OTA, online booking systems, and CRM tools.
• Strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, and adaptability to new trends.
• Existing network in hotel, tourism, or wellness sectors is a plus.
