【Main Duty】
・Currently, business development activities at the representative office for the establishment of a corporation in the future.
・Finding new clients and developing new clients.
・Working with Partner Companies

【Job Description】
・Account Management for Existing Clients:
Regularly visit Japanese manufacturing clients in Thailand to maintain and deepen relationships, ensuring a steady stream of orders.
・Product & Solution Proposals:
Propose products and technical solutions that meet customer needs, with a special focus on key products like high-performance films, adhesive tapes, and heat dissipation sheets.
・New Business Development:
Identify and approach new potential clients (primarily Japanese companies) in Thailand and conduct market research to create new business opportunities.
・Quotation & Price Negotiation:
Prepare and submit price quotations in response to client inquiries and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
・Delivery & Logistics Coordination:
Manage the entire process from order receipt to final delivery. Coordinate with suppliers in Japan and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
・Supplier Liaison:
Communicate and coordinate regularly with the head office and parts manufacturers in Japan regarding product information, pricing, and delivery schedules.
・After-Sales Support:
Provide post-delivery support to clients, including handling inquiries and responding to any issues or problems.
・Sales Strategy & Execution:
Set sales targets for assigned products and customer segments, and develop and execute strategies to achieve them.
・Team Management (Future Role):
As a playing manager, you will be expected to oversee the sales team's performance, manage their progress, and support them in achieving targets.
・Mentoring (Future Role):
Utilize your sales experience and knowledge to coach, train, and develop junior members of the team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・More than 8 years B to B sales work experience
・More than 5 years of strong work experience finding new clients and developing new clients
・Knowledge of electrical construction materials and sheet metal products.
・Business Level of Japanese
・Business Level of English （TOEIC 750 UP）
・Must have Driver Licence and private car
・No Job hopper

・Basic knowledge of international trade and practical experience in trade operations.
