- Sell properties to Thai clients through both direct channels and co-agents (utilizing agents from the developer's subsidiary).
- Collect and manage listings of resale properties for marketing and sale.
- Attract and engage customers via social media platforms (SNS).
- Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate with clients and project teams, particularly during peak periods.
- Resolve specific issues that may arise during the sales or transfer process.
- Develop and implement work plans, monitor progress, and prepare regular reports.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for resale properties.
- Prepare sales contracts and handle ownership transfer documentation.
- Coordinate between clients and interior decoration companies as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales (Condominium, Real Estate, or Property is highly preferred)
- English - Conversational Middle to High level
- Japanese - Conversational Middle level (If have)
- Good communication skill
- High motivation and positive character
- Able to start working immediately in a highly preferred
