JOB DETAIL

- Support sale team by received information and help to communicate with customer and supplier as business by Thai, English.
- Documentation (Import, Export, off shored and domestic) invoice and report
- Handle the stock of business with coordination of logistic and warehouse partner.
- Coordinate with each government department along with restriction of Thai Law.
- Handle all PO & Quotation and plan shipment.
- Follow up delivery confirmation from supplier to confirm back to customer
- Handle data on Warehouse management system (WMS)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics or any related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in import export industry, new graduates are welcome for whom really interest to work in this kind of business.
- Good command of English (TOEIC600 is advantage) and Japanese with JLPT N3 or above
- MS Office
