【About Job】
- Order processing and management
- Preparation of quotations and invoices
- Handling expense reimbursement on behalf of sales and engineering team members
- Drafting various approval documents (ringi-sho)
- Coordinating product shipment procedures and import/export documentation
- Communication with freight forwarders
- Client communication during order placement and fulfillment
- Planning and organizing internal events such as company trips and parties
- Supporting HR, general affairs, and accounting administrative tasks
- Performing other assigned tasks as required

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Business level of English(All the communication within the company and with clients are in English) *Must be upper intermediate level or above
-Must have bachelor's degree in any field
-Must have interests in semiconductor industry
-Must be willing to handle all back office related tasks, not only sales support tasks
