1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
o Implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
2. Business Development:
o Identify and develop new clients to expand the company’s customer base.
o Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Operations:
o Manage sales processes, including preparing quotations, handling negotiations, and closing deals.
o Assist in forecasting sales performance and reporting key insights to senior management.
4. Collaboration & Coordination:
o Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
o Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and market conditions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Plastic Compound, Petrochemical, or Chemical industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Fluent in Thai and English (Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese is a plus).
