【Main Duty】
・Strengthen sales department, localization
・Responding to inquiries from customers and coordinating with the sales and manufacturing departments at Japan headquarters regarding deliveries, quotations, and quality.
・Supporting the Japanese MD (Managing Director) and GM (General Manager), as well as supporting and developing local staff.
・Coordinating tasks and communications between Thai staff and the Japan headquarters.

【Job Description】
・Existing Customer Support: Respond to inquiries from customers regarding product (semiconductors and electronic components) deliveries, quotations, and quality.
・Liaison with Japan Headquarters: Communicate and coordinate with the sales and manufacturing departments at the Japan HQ to ensure smooth business transactions.
・Management Support: Assist the Japanese MD (Managing Director) and GM (General Manager) with their duties, including providing information and preparing materials required for executive decision-making.
・Local Staff Development and Management: Support, guide, and develop the team of Thai staff, contributing to the enhancement of overall team performance.
・Internal Communication Bridge: Act as a coordinator to facilitate smooth communication between Japanese management, Thai staff, and the Japan headquarters, using Japanese, English, or Thai.
・Driving Future Localization: In anticipation of a future reduction in Japanese expatriates, play a pivotal role as a key local employee in advancing the organization's localization strategy.
・Contribution to Sales Strategy: As a core member of the local sales department, participate in the planning and execution of sales strategies to contribute to the medium- and long-term growth of the Thailand office.
・Business Travel: Travel domestically and internationally as required (approx. 1-2 times per year), primarily to the Japan headquarters for training.
・New and Existing Business Development: Utilize specialized knowledge of semiconductors and electronic components to strengthen relationships with existing customers while also exploring new business opportunities.
・Multicultural Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds, including Japanese and Thai staff, to achieve team goals and deliver results.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・More than 5 years Semiconductor and Electronic Components Manufacturer
・More than 3 years of management experience
・Upper Intermediate Level of English
・Upper Intermediate Level of Japanese
・No Job hopper
