JOB DETAIL

• To coordinate and support sales team on customer order fulfillment (Order Receiving, Processing, Rescheduling, Shipment Arrangement).
• To check and verify customer orders during order receiving stage.
• Ensure that all orders for our customers are delivered on time and in full.
• Closely monitor the order fulfillment progress and expedite action when necessary.
• Maintain strong relationship and close coordination with internal team and customers.
• Assist on other duties as assigned (if needed).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Female, Age between 25-30 years old.
• Intermediate level of English (Speaking & Writing).
• 2 years of Exp. in Sales co (Trading).
• Computer Skills Microsoft Excel (at least moderate proficiency).
• Bachelor Degree in any.
• Strong coordination skill, proactive, circumspect, high responsibility.
• Positive attitude.
