JOB DETAIL
This company specializes in exporting and importing daily necessities, including cosmetics purchased from Japan and other countries, to overseas markets such as Thailand and delivering them to local retailers. They are urgently looking for someone to support the Japanese manager at their newly established base in Thailand.
*Note: Your Japanese manager will be based in Thailand periodically for business trips. Upon joining the company, you will primarily be working alone in the office.
[Job Responsibilities]
-Accounting tasks: Prepare necessary documents, such as receipts, for external accounting firm services. No specialized accounting knowledge is required.
-Administrative tasks: Act as the contact point for customer inquiries, coordinate with the Japanese headquarters, arrange accommodations and other reservations for the Japanese manager when visiting Thailand, and assist with interpretation and translation during their stay.
-Coordinator tasks: Contact and coordinate with both Japanese and Thai clients in Thailand, prepare documents as instructed by the Japanese manager, organize export/import-related documents, and attend meetings with customers.
-Initial responsibilities: Handle communication with Japanese and Thai retailers in Bangkok as the company explores business opportunities, based on instructions from the Japanese manager.
-Conduct all meetings and email correspondence with the Japanese headquarters in Japanese.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
[Requirements]
-Must be able to speak Japanese Business level (Must have JLPT N2 or N1 only)
-Must be able to speak intermediate level of English
-Must have Bachelor's Degree in any field
-New Graduates are welcomed to apply
-Must be able to work under start-up environment
