JOB DETAIL
1. Management and Development of Overall Operations
- Review and improve the working system to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
- Plan the annual work plan to align with the organization's strategies.
- Manage the team efficiently in terms of budget, compensation, and overall company performance.
- Analyze the causes of problems and propose systematic solutions.
2. Structure and Responsibility Development
- Manage the organizational structure to support the current business.
- Develop job position structures to align with the roles and responsibilities in the job description (JD).
- Create and develop job descriptions.
3. Workforce Planning and Recruitment
- Present policies and strategic plans for workforce management to executives for consideration in decisions regarding internal promotions or external recruitment.
- Develop workforce plans/recruitment plans annually to align with policies and strategic plans.
- Provide advice on workforce management to executives of all departments.
- Recruit and select candidates based on suitability.
4. Training and Development
- Present policies and strategic plans for development and training to executives for consideration.
- Plan employee development and training programs to align with organizational strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training to ensure that employees can apply the knowledge in practice.
- Develop internal and external training courses to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
5. Performance Evaluation and Management
- Design an effective performance evaluation system.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the organization's goals.
- Provide guidance and development plans for performance improvement.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a position as a team leader or manager.
- Strong leadership skills, especially in driving organizational changes.
- Flexible and open-minded: Capable of presenting new ideas that improve and develop efficiency, without being tied to past successes.
- Continuously improving and developing: Able to push oneself toward beneficial changes for the organization.
- Teamwork skills: Able to work collaboratively with others as part of a team, and capable of building and maintaining effective relationships with team members.
- Energetic and resourceful: Able to understand and analyze issues, attentive to details, quick-witted, and systematic in problem-solving.
- Proficient in English communication, both speaking, reading, and writing, at a work-level competency.
