• Lead and implement strategies to grow market share and boost sales of Unif tea, coffee, and juice lines.
• Manage and monitor P&L and budgeting in alignment with company goals.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Set and monitor KPIs for both sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with product development for innovation based on market demands.
• Direct marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives across digital and offline channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, and retail channels.
• Lead salesforce to expand coverage and maximize product visibility.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the beverage or tea industry.
• Proven ability to drive both sales performance and brand marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of Thai FMCG/beverage market.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Excellent English and Thai communication skills.
• Must be comfortable using a personal vehicle for branch visits and customer meetings.
