Looking for a Sales coordinator at Trading Company in machinery industry.
(Member addition)

Job descriptions:
1. Quotations Management:
- Handle requests for quotations for spare parts used for mold manufacturing (called "core pins"),
- Receiving quotes from the core pin manufacturers and sending the quotation to customer.
- Both manufacturer (supplier) and customers are Japanese company.
- In charge of about 20 customers.

2. Order and Delivery Management
Manage and coordinate delivery arrangements within Thailand

3. Order Processing / data input in the system
Register customer orders into the company's system promptly and accurately.

4. Customer Management/communication
-Manage relationships with approximately 20 Japanese client companies that place orders weekly.
-Email communication is in English.

note:
Work under a Thai manager and must be comfortable working in a Japanese business environment with mostly Japanese clients and manufacturers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
- Nearly intermediate level English (Used for email correspondence only)
- Experience in a trading company is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with relevant experience from other industries are also welcome.

Advantage:
Knowledge/experience in import.
*The company import some products, although this position is not required to do import tasks, it will be an advantage if you have knowledge/experience.
