Focus on maintaining and acquiring business relationships with
our international Tier 2 and 1 customers by implementing customized solutions

- Make quotation and input data for new project
- Correspond RFQ with customer and supplier
- Update quote regularly based on rule between customer on frequency, exchange rate, copper rate, other material rate
- Follow up with customer on project status and update sheet accordingly
- Coordinate with other departments to complete customer inquiry
- Providing administrative assistance to supervisor/manager, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

5+ years’ experience in Sales Support / Inside Sales / Sales Coordinator

Background from Trading or Manufacturing (Automotive or Electronics only)

Hands-on experience in RFQ, Quotation, and Project Tracking

Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table — must be practical, not basic)

English Upper-Intermediate level (TOEIC ≥750 preferred; daily use with overseas customers)

Working knowledge of Incoterms for pricing and cost comparison

Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask

Active personality, self-motivated, and team-oriented
