Concept: A Fusion of American Fire & Italian Soul (Fusion of american steak house & Italian cuisine).
Number of Staff: 25-30 staffs
Work Hours: 3:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Job Overview:
• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensure that all aspects of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction are maintained at the highest standards.
• Manage staff, inventory, budgeting, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests while leading a motivated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
• Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, dishwashers, and hosts.
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation.
• Monitor employee performance, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback.
• Address any staff issues or concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
Customer Service:
• Ensure that customers receive excellent service throughout their dining experience.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Interact with guests to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Operations Management:
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, quality control, and cleanliness.
• Ensure proper inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Health and Safety Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
• Enforce cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Financial Management:
• Track and manage restaurant sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Work with management to set financial goals and targets.
• Manage cash flow, including balancing registers and preparing deposits.
Marketing and Promotion:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotions or special events.
• Ensure the restaurant is represented well in local and online directories.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• More than 3 years of work experience as Restaurant Manager (Italian Cuisine) in 5 stars restaurant.
• Must have connections with executives in the private sector and government officials, as well as with the hotel and restaurant businesses, large enterprises, and having clients on hand.
