JOB DETAIL

- Manage and control the use of computers, data access, networks, CCTV systems, and the organization's servers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures while monitoring system performance.
- Organize and provide training for employees on software applications, both within and outside the department.
- Introduce new technologies, devices, and software to optimize workflows and reduce work time.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys from departments after receiving IT services and distribute periodic satisfaction surveys according to the designated schedule.
- Prepare and update monthly reports, budget and expense reports, and departmental performance reports, including monthly progress updates.
- Develop and revise policies, manuals, and procedures related to the organization's information systems.
- Manage and control departmental costs and expenses in alignment with company policies.
- Oversee general administration within the department and plan resource allocation within the organization.
- Receive and troubleshoot user requests related to computer usage, equipment, files, networks, software systems, cloud services, and CCTV.
- If issues cannot be resolved independently, provide recommendations or refer the issue to the appropriate specialist.
- Maintain, repair, and ensure that computers, equipment, and networks are always operational, following the annual maintenance plan.
- Supervise and coordinate server operations and ERP system efficiency.
- Protect organizational data and IT systems from potential threats.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Domain Controller operations.
- Strong understanding of systems and network concepts, including troubleshooting procedures.
- Solid knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse work environments, with excellent multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in English with effective communication skills.
