Position: Software Quality Assurance
Position Level: Specialist (Asst. Manager)
Product: Fleet System & GPS Tracking System
Number of Suibordinate: 0
Report directly to Japanese Manager
Work closely with software developers

Process Design and Improvement:
• Analyze existing software development processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement new processes or modify existing ones to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flows, procedures, and standards.

Process Implementation:
• Train and educate development teams on new processes and methodologies.
• Provide guidance and support to teams during process adoption and implementation.
• Monitor process adherence and take corrective actions as needed.

Process Optimization:
• Continuously monitor and analyze process performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Quality Assurance:
• Establish and maintain quality standards and metrics.
• Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
• Identify and address quality issues and risks.

Collaboration:
• Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and align processes accordingly.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure product quality.
• Collect and analyze process metrics to measure performance and present to upper level and non-tech person.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or other related field
• More than 7 years of working experience in software development process and quality control from automotive, electronics or IT industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects.
• Familair with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
• Intermediate level of English
