- Oversee retail operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic operational policies to optimize sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Improve customer experience, satisfaction, and brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with inventory management, supply chain, and logistics best practices.
- Train, lead, and develop large-scale retail teams.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in retail management and operations.
- Prior experience managing large-scale retail networks (100+ stores preferred).
- Industry preference: 1st Priority: Cosmetics; 2nd Priority: FMCG; 3rd Priority: Experience handling large multi-store retail operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
- Expertise in sales strategies, store operations, and business expansion.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in Thai & English.
- Age Requirement: 45-50 years old (flexible +/- 1-2 years).
