- Act as a bridge between marketing teams and outsourced developers, ensuring project alignment.
- Oversee the development of Java-based full-stack web applications, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Participate in development team meetings, understand technical discussions, and summarize key takeaways for non-technical stakeholders.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Provide technical insights and ensure the feasibility of crypto-related projects.
- Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, or outsourcing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and communication are handled efficiently.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience as a developer (full-stack Java experience preferred) before moving into a project management role.
- Prior experience in blockchain/crypto/web3 projects.
- Strong understanding of crypto-related projects, blockchain, or fintech (preferred).
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to understand system architecture and summarize complex technical discussions for business teams.
- Experience managing outsourced teams and vendors.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
