■This position will be responsible for financial planning, cost analysis, and reporting to support the company's financial objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

■Key Responsibilities:
・Prepare the Annual Budget and ensure alignment with company objectives.
・Conduct Monthly Forecasting reports and analyze variances to provide insights for decision-making.
・Prepare the Company Performance Monthly Report, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
・Perform Other Analysis Assignments to support financial planning and business strategy.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・Bachelor's degree in any field
・At least 2 years of experience in cost planning, budgeting, or financial analysis.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis, and PowerPoint for presentation
・English intermediate level (For Internal communication and presentation)

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Engineering or General Management or a related field.
・Ever worked at Planning department
