• Develop production plans and set targets in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Supervise the entire production process in the factory, from raw material intake to on-time delivery, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and labor costs to manage and control factory costs effectively.
• Improve and enhance production processes, methods, and machinery by implementing new technologies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Plan production schedules, machinery usage, and workforce allocation in alignment with production requirements.
• Establish preventive maintenance plans.
• Manage and oversee the production team to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in production management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Excellent planning skills, including production capacity and workforce management.
• Strong coordination skills, patient, and resilient, with a calm demeanor.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSC standards.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Experience in the corrugated cardboard packaging industry would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of packaging solutions for industries such as automotive, food, and other manufacturing sectors.
• Familiarity with full-cycle packaging production, including both corrugated paper and plastic packaging.
• Experience in working with export markets or expanding businesses internationally would be beneficial.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management in the packaging industry.
• Knowledge of ISO standards related to packaging production and quality management.
