Report Directly to Debt Control Department Manager
Team of 10 members

Objective:
• Enhance recovery targets and optimize the Debt Control Process.
• Strengthen work processes in alignment with industry standards.
• Develop strategies to maximize company recovery rates.

Job Responsibilities:
• Continuously improve processes and eliminate inefficiencies to enhance productivity.
• Review annual business and budget plans related to write-off expenses.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance systems and workflows.
• Lead and challenge team members to meet company targets.
• Monitor and oversee the outcomes of legal cases.
• Supervise and evaluate outsourced agents to ensure company benefits are balanced.
• Provide coaching, problem-solving, and corrective guidance to subordinates.
• Manage and oversee complex or sensitive special projects.
• Control and oversee litigation operations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in legal or litigation roles.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Strong understanding of civil and criminal law, particularly in hire-purchase and leasing.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Proactive working style.
