1. Production Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while ensuring the efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate the production flow to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of products.
- Supervise production processes, ensuring that production targets are met, and products are manufactured on time and within budget.

2. Team Leadership and Staff Management:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of production staff, including line supervisors and technicians.
- Ensure proper workforce allocation and motivate teams to meet production goals while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve skills and productivity.

3. Quality Control and Assurance:
- Monitor production to detect any quality issues and take immediate corrective actions to resolve them.
- Work closely with the QC team to identify and analyze any quality issues that arise during the production process.
- Support the QC team in conducting root cause analysis of quality issues, using data and insights to propose improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure that the QC team has all necessary resources and information to address quality concerns effectively and meet production standards

4. Process Optimization and Cost Management:
- Continuously evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-saving, and waste reduction.
- Introduce lean manufacturing techniques and process optimization strategies to enhance productivity.
- Monitor production costs, track material usage, and ensure adherence to the budget, adjusting processes as necessary to control costs.

5. Inventory and Material Management:
- Oversee the management of raw materials and supplies, ensuring that the required materials are available in sufficient quantities and meet quality standards.
- Work with procurement teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent delays due to shortages or excess stock.
- Track and manage the flow of materials through the production process to prevent waste and inefficiencies.
- Implement strategies to minimize work-in-progress (WIP) inventory to the minimum required level, ensuring efficient production flow and reduced overhead costs.

6. Health, Safety, and Compliance:

o Ensure all production activities comply with local and international health, safety, and environmental standards.

o Ensure compliance with labor laws and environmental regulations, especially those specific to footwear manufacturing in Thailand.

7. Collaboration with Design and Development Teams:
- Collaborate with footwear designers and product development teams to ensure the manufacturability of new designs.
- Provide input on product designs, materials, and manufacturing techniques to ensure designs are cost-effective, durable, and aligned with production capabilities.
- Assist in resolving any design or production-related issues that arise during the sampling or prototype phase.

8. Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate and present regular production reports to senior management, including production progress, quality control issues, costs, and resource allocation.
- Document all production activities, including quality checks, safety audits, and any incidents, to maintain traceability and regulatory compliance.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, Industrial , Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in production management or manufacturing processes (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) would be a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in footwear production or manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience working in footwear manufacturing, with a strong understanding of the production processes, materials, and machinery used in footwear production.
- Knowledge of international production standards and best practices in footwear manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and cost management.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control techniques and processes in footwear manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle production-related challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with production management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, production scheduling software).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment that requires working on multiple
