Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare annual sales plans, budgets, and reports.
• Lead and support the sales team to meet business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.
• Identify potential clients and expand market presence in the packaging industry.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop products that meet market demand.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning.
• Monitor competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Ensure the sales team is properly trained and aligned with business goals.
• Oversee customer feedback management and work on improving service and product quality.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Requirements:
• Male, aged 44–48 years (to match internal management structure).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in sales & marketing management, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale B2B customers and maintain long-term relationships.
• Experience in managing a high-revenue sales team and achieving aggressive growth targets.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and market research.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, digital marketing, and sales automation platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• No trading experience candidates will be considered.
• Fluency in Thai and Business-level English preferred.
