- Performing actual implementations and demonstrations pertaining to customer’s requirements.
- Being involved in Pre-Sales technical support on Total Software Solution.
- Coordinating with the team to report work progress, share issues, etc.
- Creating materials for proposing customers. Presentation, Project proposal, Project TOR, Software requirement specification

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor or higher Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in Presale IT, Software Solution Specialist, IT Technical Support, or related field.
- Experiences in the Customize Software solution.
- Experiences in the Package Software Training / Implementation
- Good knowledge of System Integration
- Able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence.
- Good communication skills and you can speak fluently to clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Can work independently and good team player.
- Lower Intermediate Level of English.
