JOB DETAIL

■Manage whole IT-related things of company, with Senior IT staff
・Answer questions, solve problems, provide advice on software, hardware and network systems to users within the organization.
・Install and maintain IT equipment such as computers, servers, printers, etc.
・Support IT-related projects such as RPA, SAP, E-Tax, etc.
・Support auditing and make corrections and improvements to meet requirements.
・Coordinate with external vendors, such as ordering equipment, renewing licenses, etc.
・Prepare and control related documents.
・Support Kaizen activity and performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related fields
・At least 1 year experience in related position
・Knowledge and skills in hardware and software
・Have an basic understanding of Active Directory, File Sharing system,Backup system(Veritas Backup or Veeam Backup), VMWare (ESXi, vCenter)
・English Intermediate level
