Department: Retail Business
Division: Food & Retail Business

- Support execution and assignment from Sales team with good communication and cooperation.
- Develop new products/new business from scratch. *Seek for new busineess opportunity & new market.
- Execute tasks related to sales and documentation i.e. import and export documentation, raw material supply and sourcing, and tasks related to FDA regulations etc.
- Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and coordinate with related parties to ensure customer satisfaction i.e., claims, quality issues, inquiries etc.
- Report accurately on sales & purchase, inventory, and payment status and maintain up-to-date records i.e., Past due & Overdue, Inventory and Long/Short Report etc.
- Complete application and registration processes through the company's internal systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience as *'Sales' or *'Business Developer' from *trading company with knowledge of international trading business.
- Proven experience and knowledge in *food distribution, *food retail business, *FDA registration, etc.
- Must have experience *looking for new clients/business partners and/or *new business opportunity and market channels/products in food industry.
- *Upper Intermediate or business level of English. (If have TOEIC score or able to communicate in Japanese will be an advantage).
