✅ Manage sales targets for the team and ensure goals are met.
✅ Provide guidance, problem-solving, and support for subordinates to achieve their objectives.
✅ Expand the customer base and drive sales growth.
✅ Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, encouraging higher SKU purchases and ensuring long-term retention.
✅ Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

🎓 Male/Female, aged 35 years and above
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
📈 Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office
🔥 Strong leadership skills, decisive, able to handle on-the-spot problem-solving and perform under pressure
📊 Analytical mindset for process optimization and problem-solving
📌 Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible
📚 Open to continuous learning and self-development
📍 Able to work in both Bangkok and Samut Prakan
💡 Honest, trustworthy, and has a positive attitude
🤝 Able to guide and support subordinates effectively
🏆 Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 22716, GMP, and HALAL standards
