1.) Oversee, promote, and support branches to achieve their sales targets as determined by the company.
2.) Analyze sales performance with branch managers and ensure alignment with goals.
3.) Monitor staff movement and manpower turnover to ensure branches maintain adequate staffing levels for efficient operations.
4.) Review branch documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
5.) Analyze monthly branch performance and attend weekly team meetings.
6.) Manage and develop personnel under supervision to ensure they provide excellent customer service according to company standards.
7.) Oversee branch management, including staff structure at each location.
8.) Recruit staff suitable for growing sales, provide training, and develop employees.
9.) Manage and ensure readiness of equipment and tools for branch operations.
10.) Oversee sales operations, sharing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers in nearby areas.
11.) Collaborate on promotional ideas to drive sales growth and meet targets.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Bachelor's degree or higher, aged 27–35.
2.) At least 3 years of experience as an Area Manager.
3.) Excellent problem-solving skills and strong leadership capabilities.
4.) Proficient in team management, customer service, and time management.
5.) Visionary, goal-oriented, adaptable, and up-to-date with industry trends.
6.) Skilled in providing consultation and effective negotiation.
7.) Honest, punctual, and able to collaborate well with others.
8.) Strong training and team-building skills.
9.) Willingness to travel to all branches, both in Bangkok and other provinces.
10.) Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the apparel industry.
