Customer Care and Service:
• Manage and develop relationships with farm and animal feed manufacturing customers.
• Provide advice on animal feed raw materials such as extracted rice bran, crude rice oil, broken rice, and palm kernel meal.
Market Expansion and Customer Base Development:
• Identify and develop new customers in the farm and animal feed manufacturing sectors.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Market Analysis:
• Update and analyze market conditions, including raw material prices, demand trends, and alternative products in the industry.
• Study factors affecting product prices, such as rice, corn, wheat bran, and soybean meal.
Negotiation:
• Coordinate and negotiate daily and weekly purchase and sales agreements with customers.
• Build sustainable business relationships.
Reporting:
• Prepare monthly sales reports and customer summaries.
• Report on market condition analysis and sales performance outcomes.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales within the agricultural/livestock industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to meet clients in other provinces.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in the animal feed, livestock, or agricultural crop industries.
• Knowledge or understanding of animal nutrition.
• Network connections with farms and animal feed manufacturing companies.
