JOB DETAIL
Network Expansion:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct impactful sales presentations and product trials, ensuring customer needs are met comprehensively.
- Identify new business opportunities in international markets, presenting customized product solutions to meet client needs.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote products and expand the client network.
Sales and Performance Goals:
- Take charge of achieving sales targets by fostering relationships and integrators.
- Customer Engagement: Create and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within assigned accounts.
- Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
- Support and Coordinator: Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations, to deliver client requirements effectively.
- Serve as a key point of contact for all sales, technical, and administrative
issues, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor account performance, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to inform product development and business strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Any gender, age not over 45 years old
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in key account management or international sales, ideally within the pet or livestock nutrition industry.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on client engagement.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and market trends.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing complex client accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management software.
- Travel: Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally for client meetings and industry events.
