JOB DETAIL
This position will take care of approx. 5-6 accounts of Modern Trade Chain Drugstores and/or Convenience Stores for the sales of our products such as Medicine, Medical Device and etc.
- Contact with purchasing in Modern Trade, meeting & exceeding sales targets as assigned.
- Identifying and acquiring new distributors, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
- Track & report activities of competitors.
- Develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to management.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
- Building strong relationships with key accounts.
- Build a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
- Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience as Modern Trade Key Account Sales Executive in OTC Drug field for 1-2 years or more.
- Good and prompt reporting to her/his superior.
- Working experience for taking care of OTC Modern Trade customers such as Boots, Makro , Lotus's and etc.
- A certain EXCEL skill is required such as Pivot, Fomula setting, and etc.
