Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and control production plans, allocate manpower, and ensure production efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor and report daily production efficiency, scrap rates, and operational challenges to the Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with the QA team to address daily product quality issues and resolve them effectively.
• Supervise, train, and support new employees with supervisors and engineers.
• Ensure efficient use of virgin and regrind materials in coordination with materials supervisors.
• Lead and manage the startup of new products and participate in relevant projects.
• Develop and implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training for the team.
• Assist in audits and setting up new standards in production departments.
• Generate detailed monthly reports on production efficiency, scrap rates, machine and mold breakdowns for the Operations Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong background in the injection molding process.
• 3+ years of managerial experience in roles like Assistant Manager or Manager.
• Experience in food packaging or plastics manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and coach team members effectively.
• Proactive, positive mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Thai communication.
• Willingness to work 5 days a week with flexibility when needed
