- Oversee the product lifecycle, from research and development to post-sales support.
- Provide technical expertise regarding shock absorber specifications, applications, and troubleshooting for customers and internal teams.
- Assist the sales team by providing product knowledge and presenting product benefits to clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competitor products, and emerging trends.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for sales teams, distributors, and customers about product features, benefits, and maintenance.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide technical recommendations, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and product performance.
- Maintain product documentation, specifications, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to improve product design and performance.
- Coordinate product launches, including promotional materials and product demo.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher degree.
- 5 years' experience in product management or technical sales, preferably in the automotive or shock absorber industry.
- In-depth knowledge of shock absorber products, their functions, and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- Experience with CAD software for technical drawings or product modeling.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and its standards.
