At a newly set-up factory (founded in 2024), they are looking for HR Manager (Current staff will resign.)

1.Salary calculation and payment report
- Calculate staff salary and tax/benefits and submit the report for processing payment to external accounting company.

2.All types of payment calculation
　-Compile reports on all payments incurred within the company and coordinate payment processing with the financial accounting firm.

For #1 and #2, you will communicate with regional HQs in Singapore, mainly by email.

3.Recruitment and Staffing

4, Implement of new company rules / regulations
- You will be working/consulting with external consultant to make company rules.

5. Other admin related matters

** There are no team members to manage***

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender age around 35 to 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Must have 5 to 7 years of professional experience in HR, including salary calculation and payments
- Able to work independently (There are 4 members in admin team but you will be in charge of HR/Admin by yourself.)
- Must have Intermedaite to nearly upper-intermediate level of Japanese
(Communicate with Japanese expat, and HQs in Singapore)

■Highly preferred :
- Experience in a small to middle sized company.
- Experienced in making a company regulations/rules
