• Coordinate various activities related to the sales department.
• Manage customer needs and requirements.
• Prepare PR documents and quotations.
• Follow up on customer claims.
• Support customer activities as requested.
• Coordinate with related departments for new models, service parts, and trial parts.
• Calculate costs.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly sales reports.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, aged not over 40 years.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Able to work as a team, with a positive attitude and service mind.
• Experience in the automotive business is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and a good team player.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Motivated, confident, decisive, and detail-oriented with the ability to implement ideas into action.
• Strong negotiation skills with flexibility in discussions.
