JOB DETAIL

1. Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
2. Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues. Ensure proper maintenance of the equipment and physical assets of the company, be it the building, office space, or machinery
3. Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.
4. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. Work as a facility manager and do periodic checks of all the facilities that fall under the company, while ensuring that all safety standards are adhered to
5. Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff. Lead, train and monitor the maintenance executive staff and assess their performance to improve the systems
6. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
7. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance. Make certain that all the budgets set of maintenance are observed and all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner
8. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers. Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
9. Other as assigned by superior

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor's degree in related field.
2. At least 10 years of work experience in Proven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role
3.Experience working in PCB business will be given special consideration.
4.Good coordination, manage maintenance Jobs and can work under pressure.
5.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
6.Trainer and Auditor skill.
7.Have knowledge of ISO14001& IATF16949
