JOB DETAIL
-Strategic Human Resource Planning
Define the vision and human resource plans to align with the organization's vision.
Develop plans for employee development, recruitment, and retention of talented personnel.
Recruitment and Selection
Establish methods and criteria for recruiting and selecting suitable candidates.
Ensure that recruitment plans comply with laws and organizational policies.
Employee Development and Training
Create employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Evaluate and analyze training needs to improve team performance.
Maintaining Internal Organizational Relationships
Promote a positive work environment, ensuring employees are happy and engaged with the organization.
Manage conflicts and disputes among employees constructively.
Compensation and Benefits Management
Plan and oversee compensation systems, including various benefits, to meet standards.
Allocate resources for salaries and benefits efficiently.
Labor Law Compliance and Regulation Management
Prioritize compliance with labor laws and related regulations.
Provide guidance to employees and management on labor law issues.
Performance Evaluation and Employee Retention
Develop transparent and fair performance evaluation criteria.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Experience:
-At least 8–10 years of experience in human resources, particularly in management and leadership roles.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in industries related to education or training (required).
Strategic HR Skills:
Proven experience in developing HR strategies, managing teams, and fostering organizational culture.
Knowledge and Compliance:
-Understanding of labor laws and relevant regulations to ensure lawful practices and provide accurate guidance.
- Familiarity with workplace standards and the ability to adapt HR policies to suit organizational needs.
-Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with other departments and clearly convey information to employees.
Training and Development:
-knowledge of skill development, training, and creating learning programs to enhance employee growth.
Language Proficiency:
English is in Intermediate level
Chinese communication skills will be considered a strong advantage.
