- Taking care of Shrimp Aquaculture Farm customers
- Set aggressive sales targets and implement plans to achieve goals.
- Provide sales performance by submitting activity and reports such as weekly work plans, customer visit reports, and budget reports.
- Promote assigned products and service to customers with the aim of budget, sales growth, and gross profit.
- Execute the day-to-day work with the current and potential customers to offer product.
- Visit customers, update market information to the CRM system.
- Establish potential customers to create new pipeline and expand customer networks.
- Operate sales activities within the scope of commercial policy and market information.
- Ensure all sales activities are followed by the company rules and compliances.
- Effectively manage individual expense used for sales operation in the assigned areas according to company policy.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female, age not over 34 years
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Aquaculture, Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the aqua feed or the aqua farm industry.
- Have experience in selling animal/ shrimp nutrition ingredients to farms.
- Those with technical skills to explain speciality products and aqua feed formulation knowledge will have an added advantage.
- Able to travel to the Southern part of Thailand
- Self-motivated and Proactive
- Good Attitude and Interpersonal skills
- Good command in spoken & written English
- Own vehicle and driving license
