Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis and Strategic Planning
• Conduct market research and analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer behaviors within the European market.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals and market demands.
2. Collaboration and Coordination
• Act as a liaison between the marketing and sales teams to ensure effective communication and strategy implementation.
• Provide insights and data to the sales team to support customer engagement and decision-making.
3. Marketing Campaign Development
• Design and oversee targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition in Europe.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments to optimize results.
4. Customer and Market Focus
• Understand the needs and preferences of customers in the European market to create tailored marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
5. Reporting and Feedback
• Prepare and present reports on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and market insights to stakeholders.
• Gather feedback from sales teams and customers to refine marketing strategies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, business analysis, or strategy development (experience in the European market is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between teams.
• Good understanding of European market trends and customer behavior.
• Proficient in English (able to communicate by reading writing listening.)
