JOB DETAIL

-Project Management: Plan, manage, coordinate, and oversee projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to meet client requirements while ensuring all stakeholders perform their roles correctly.
-Planning & Scheduling: Analyze designs and BOQs, plan construction and procurement activities, and prepare project sites, including set out and site marking.
-Coordination: Collaborate with clients, designers, and all departments to ensure accurate information flow and effective teamwork.
-Supervision: Inspect construction progress regularly, focusing on quantity, quality, and timelines, and provide detailed reports to directors.
-Shop Drawings: Review and create shop drawings for meetings and approvals by relevant parties.
-Budget Control: Monitor construction budgets, plan procurement, coordinate with foremen and production teams, and manage material and manpower efficiently.
-Health & Safety: Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained on-site.
-Documentation: Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports, QC reports, budget control reports, and ensure compliance with necessary permits and insurance.
-After-Sales Service: Manage post-handover services to maintain client satisfaction.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in project management within consulting firms, interior design companies, or construction firms specializing in interior projects.
-Proficient in reading blueprints, preparing BOQs, and assessing as well as controlling project budgets.
-Strong communication skills, leadership, problem-solving abilities, and planning and organizational skills.
-Candidates with proven experience in managing projects for specialized interior construction will be given priority.
