JOB DETAIL

At an IT security service company, they are looking for Sales Manager who can coach and lead the Sales team.

■Sales team management and coaching
- Provides leadership and guidance to sales team members and manages performance to achieve goals.
- Provide feedback to team members to support their sales activities and promote growth.
- Sets team goals, manages progress, analyzes results, and recommends adjustments and
improvements as needed.

■Develop and execute sales strategies
- Develops sales strategies based on the company's business strategy.
- Plans and implements strategies to acquire customers and increase sales.

■Acquisition of new customers
- We will focus on acquiring new customers in order to uncover new business opportunities.
- Promote sales and marketing activities targeting potential customers.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers while enhancing approaches to new
customer segments.

■Building relationships with customers
- Emphasizes communication to build long-term relationships of trust with customers.
- Understand customer issues and propose the best IT solutions for them.
- Follow up regularly after signing a contract to improve service satisfaction and to make
additional proposals.

■Managing Sales Goals and Performance
- The Sales Manager sets specific goals for individual sales representatives to achieve the
company's overall sales targets.
- Track the performance of each sales representative and report regularly on the status of
achievement.
- Through sales forecasting and data analysis, review future strategies and adjust as necessary.
- Create rules and regulations and instill it in the team

■Reporting and budget management
- Report regularly to management on the progress and results of sales activities.
- Manages budgets and controls costs associated with sales activities and coordinates efforts to
achieve goals within budget.

■Improving product and service knowledge
- Keeps abreast of current technology and market trends in order to provide sales representatives
and customers with detailed information on products and services.
- Work with internal technical teams to gather feedback on product improvements and new
features.

Report to : Japanese Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Any gender, aged 35 years old or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
• Intermediate level of English (Report to Japanese Manager).

MUST have:
• More than 5years of sales experience in IT company
• More than 3 years of experience of people management
• proficiency in speaking Japanese (JLPT N2 up) *Most of customers are Japanese company

Advantage:
• Having working experience in Japanese IT company
