Looking for a Junior Network Engineer who's motivated and eager to learn, to join the team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure.

You will also play a key role in monitoring network performance and resolving any issues that arise.

Responsibilities:
• Installation, Configurations network equipment (Router, Switch, Firewall and Wireless)
• Perform network support and troubleshooting issue for customers.(Onsite/Remote)
• Provide technical documentation and service report to customer
• Other job assignment related to network operation by supervisor.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Any gender, age younger than 30 years old. (New grads can be considered.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Nearly-Intermediate level of English (can read&write for email and chat).
• 0-3 years of experience in IT support and network environment (New graduates are considered).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP and routing protocols.
• Working knowledge of network devices such as routers, switches, firewall and wireless.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• May need to work late at night, on weekends, and upcountry (depend on the projects)
• A willingness to learn and grow.
