JOB DETAIL
Event and Marketing (50%)
•Organize and manage on-ground activations for golf-related events such as media days, demo days, and sales meetings.
•Builds and maintains relationships with dedicated golfers, athletes, influencers, and local golf organizations that align with the company brand.
•Conducts ongoing market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights specific to the golf market to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Digital Marketing and Advertising (30%)
•Develop and execute digital advertising and performance marketing strategies for direct-to-consumer (DTC) initiatives.
•Enhance the brand's online presence, including the website and social media platforms, to engage with the golfing community, foster relationships, and promote brand awareness.
•Manage ownership of CRM, including communications and database segmentation focused on golfers.
•Oversee influencer partnerships and product seeding strategies, ensuring alignment with company’s brand values.
•Provide regular reports on marketing performance, including website traffic, social media engagement, and the effectiveness of golf-specific marketing campaigns.
•Collaborate with media partners, brand ambassadors, and influencers to create content that resonates with dedicated golfers and showcases the company brand.
Budget Management (10%)
•Manage and optimize marketing budgets for promotional activities, trade, and advertising to achieve maximum ROI and support brand growth.
Additional Responsibilities (10%)
•Prepares product catalogues, sell sheets, and price lists for products.
•Performs other ad-hoc tasks as required.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Male or Female age 28 - 35 years old
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven 5-8 experience in marketing management, ideally within the golf industry or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a creative mindset.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including website management and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Budget management expertise.
• Passion for golf activities.
