JOB DETAIL

• Responsible for IT related projects in Infrastructure and participate in new software pilot testing and rollout to employees.
• Troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Hardware cycle management of PC and other equipment.
• Handle requests from other IT Units/Service Lines with any defined SLA.
• Provide the technical support to computers working in Laboratory.
• Coordination and support of office cabling, renovation, and re-location tasks.
• Ensure compliance with IT policy within area of responsibility.
• Cooperate with HQ for global/regional projects.
• Provide technical training to end users on the use of computing system and the related IT policies.
• Vendor coordination.
• IT Budget planning
• Other as assigned by Manager, and MD
• Being single contact person for IT related issues and project in Thailand

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Possess IT related technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.) is considered an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the IT field.
• Proficiency in system maintenance, network and system administration, security management, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with providing technical support, resolving end-user technical issues, and training users on system operations and usage.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset, self-motivation, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Service-oriented attitude with a customer-focused approach.
• Effective English Communication in the Workplace.
