JOB DETAIL
- Develop, write, and publish high-quality content across online platforms to strengthen brand influence.
- Respond promptly to fan inquiries, provide real-time support, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze data from social media platforms to propose actionable strategies for optimizing marketing effectiveness.
- Plan and execute both online and offline community activities to boost brand awareness.
- Track industry trends and competitor movements to adapt and refine community strategies.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure brand messaging is consistent and impactful.
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and management of online communities to maintain engagement and vitality.
- Monitor community discussions, gather user feedback, and present actionable recommendations to address user needs.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to achieve community and platform-specific goals.
- Demonstrate creativity and efficiency in planning and executing activities.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Any gender
- Age 30+ years old
- A degree in Marketing is highly preferred, but candidates with relevant experience in the field will also be strongly considered
- Minimum of 5 years in social media marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Expertise in TikTok, Line, and Facebook.
- In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency, NFT, and online gaming markets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and innovation in content creation and campaign planning.
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
