-Lead the development and implementation of strategies to expand the market and increase market share in the solar farm customer segment, with a focus on the sales and import of energy storage battery products.
-Analyze market trends, technology, and new business opportunities to develop sustainable strategies that enhance competitiveness.
-Build strategic relationships with both domestic and international partners to expand networks and create opportunities for new joint ventures.
-Manage import and distribution projects, covering planning, supply chain management, and marketing, to ensure targets are met in terms of cost and quality.
-Create strategic marketing and sales plans, as well as oversee operations to drive sales towards the targeted goals.
-Continuously present and report market analysis, operational plans, and performance outcomes to senior management to ensure informed business decisions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female
- Age 30 - 38 Years old.
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering or related field).
-Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
Work Experience:
-Prior experience in Business Development or Strategic Marketing Planning or Sales in storage battery / Solar energy is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
-Strong analytical thinking and planning skills.
-Excellent leadership skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
-High proficiency in English communication (Chinese language skills will be an advantage).
-Adaptable to rapidly changing environments.
