- Production planning
- Estimate production volume
- Arrange manpower to work in accordance with production capacity.
- Review and improve, solve problems that occur in the production process.
- Check the machine report results
- Supervise, control and oversee quality work to ensure efficiency.
- Supervise employees' work to be in accordance with the plan.
- Employee development planning
- Coordinate with relevant departments
- Check and maintain machinery to ensure it meets standards.
- Control and supervise measuring instruments and solve quality problems with QC.
- Summarize work results and report to executives.
- Support external and internal audits of ISO/IATF 16949, ISO14001 and 5S systems.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Male, age 35 years and above
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related fields.
Have at least 3 years of experience working in management and production department.
Able to use Microsoft Office well.
Have knowledge of ISO, IATF16949, ISO14001 systems.
